A managed career, on written terms.

For the whole term you work only with us for AI likeness and content, voice cloning, OnlyFans and other adult platform management and chatting, social media, Reddit and forums, partnerships and sponsorships, AI ads, streaming and camsites. No second agency, no other chatter team, and no parallel self-managed setup on covered platforms. Breach of this is a material breach.

Within three days of starting you give us full operational access to your OnlyFans, Instagram, covered socials, streaming and live-chat accounts and camsite profiles, plus the email, phone, authenticator and recovery access needed to run them. During the term you do not change passwords or revoke access. We operate those accounts. You remain their legal owner, and operational control of your personal OnlyFans and KYC account returns to you within seven days of the end date. Accounts we build from zero for forums, ads, growth or cam stay with us, with your likeness stripped from them within 30 days.

You shoot and deliver. Section 5 sets weekly minimums: at least 80 to 150 photos and 15 to 30 videos during probation, rising to 150 to 300 photos and 25 to 50 videos after, roughly half SFW and half NSFW, with capacity for up to 20 custom requests. You also work the live shifts and keep the handover in force. Our AI likeness and voice work sits on top of that to cut the grind and stretch what you shoot further. Missing your weekly delivery is a breach and can suspend the services.

Yes. Streaming, live chats and camsites including Chaturbate and Stripchat are inside the agreement, and you appear on the schedule we set with reasonable advance notice. This is a genuine deal-breaker for some creators and we would rather find that out on the call than after you have signed.

Be clear on this one. Under the agreement creative direction, posting, chat strategy, voice messaging, pricing tests, scheduling and stream and cam planning are our decisions, made in our professional judgment to grow your revenue. You authorise SFW and NSFW production using your verified likeness and voice when you sign. What protects you is not a veto, it is the hard limits in Section 6.2: no public model training, no selling your files, no transfer to another agency, no leaking, and deletion on exit.

Intimate materials, voice samples and voice clones sit in an encrypted, access-controlled environment with logged, confidentiality-bound access. We do not resell your content, likeness or voice. If we confirm a personal-data breach affecting your intimate materials we tell you without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours. Our liability for our own willful misconduct or gross negligence causing a leak is expressly not excluded.

We build a voice clone from clean samples you provide and use it for voiceovers on SFW and NSFW content, ad voiceovers, and voice messages and audio replies to fans. It is used only to deliver the services, never sold or transferred, and the voice models are deleted on exit alongside the likeness models.

Baseline is the average monthly gross revenue from six full calendar months of verified OnlyFans statements immediately before you start. It is never self-reported. For the first full calendar month, if your gross revenue is at or below Baseline our fee is 0%. If you beat Baseline, the fee for that month is 20%. During probation we invoice every 14 days and you pay within seven days; after probation it is monthly, due within 15 days of month end.

If you do not have six months of history there is effectively no Baseline to beat, and the first month works the same way. Being new is not a disqualifier. Being unwilling to hand over accounts, deliver content or work live shifts is.

Fourteen days written notice during the first 60 days, two months after that, from either side, for any reason. Either side can end immediately for uncured material breach. Fees accrue on revenue through the end date, your personal accounts come back within seven days, and deletion happens within 30. For six months from your start date a right of first refusal applies: if you move to another agency for AI likeness, voice cloning or NSFW management, you show us the terms and give us seven days to match them.

No. You engage us as an independent contractor and service provider, and you remain responsible for your own taxes and social contributions in your country of tax residence.

Twenty to thirty minutes. We ask about your platforms, your numbers and what you are willing to do. We go through the fee ladder, exclusivity, handover, delivery and live shifts. Then you get the agreement to read on your own. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call rather than chase you for weeks.
